Wild Billy Childish & CTMF - Acorn Man

Wild Billy Childish & CTMF are back Hot on the heels of their recent ‘Punk Rock Enough For Me’ single is the band’s second long player, Acorn Man.
Billy Childish is an international cult figure, painter, poet and novelist. He has released over 120 independent albums and influenced a vast range of musicians over that time. He has also painted 2,000 odd paintings, written 4 novels and penned 40 plus collections of his poetry.
His latest band is CTMF. Billy’s description of their sound holds true - “the epitome of modern” and their sound as “the sound of yesterday, tomorrow.” All of their records are released under the moniker CTMF.
Acorn Man has been described as one of Billy's most accessible LPs to date, so now may be the time to 'dip your toes in the water'. Acorn Man will be released on 8th December 2014 via Damaged Goods.
Black Label Society - 2015 UK Tour Dates

Following on from their highest ever UK charting album ‘Catacombs of the Black Vatican’ via Mascot Label Group earlier this year, Black Label Society, have announced their 2015 tour dates.
Zakk Wylde along with Dario Lorina (Guitar), John DeServio (Bass) and Jeff Fabb (Drums) will play eight dates in the UK next year.

Sleater-Kinney - Boxset - New LP & UK & Ireland dates

The legend that is Sleater-Kinney returns to action in 2015 with the band releasing a new album , 'No Cities To Love' on 1th January. A career-spanning vinyl box set 'Start Together' is also released this week.
The big new however is that the band will also undertake a U.S. & European tour with the UK and Ireland dates shown below;

The Crookes UK Tour & Low remix

Low have put together a remix of The Crookes' 'Echolalia', "It's a great tune," said Alan Sparhawk of Low, "we figured we had to go somewhere completely different to do it justice". The song is from the band's third LP, Soapbox, released earlier this year on fierce panda records.
The Sheffield quartet are currently on a U.S. wrapping in New York this week at the annual CMJ Music festival..The Crookes perform Tuesday, October 21 at Rough Trade for the "Music is GREAT/Ben Sherman" showcase (11pm) and play Fontana's, Wednesday, October 22 in the afternoon, at the Pirate Radio CMJ party (2:45pm).
Following that comes a UK tour in support of forthcoming single 'Howl' / 'When You're Fragile', out Monday 24th November.

GHXST return with 'Nowhere EP' & London dates

The blistering sound of Brooklyn based trio GHXST returns with the release of their 'Nowhere EP' in December through Club.The.Mammoth. The EP was recorded over the last year between New Orleans, Nashville and Brooklyn.
The first track to be taken off the EP is 'Galaxia', a song that captures the band at their primal best. 'Galaxia' is released on 10th November 2014 on Club.The.Mammoth

Widescreen melodies and sound makers Pylo from Bath head out on a UK tour later this month with singer-songwriter Josh Pyke who, is returning to the UK from his native Australia to promote his latest record The Beginning And The End Of Everything, his fourth Top 10 Album in this homeland which is also available now on our shores via Ivy League records.
