Young Fathers were announced tonight, as the overall winners of the 2014 Barclaycard Mercury Prize for Album of the Year for their album ‘Dead’. The Barclaycard Mercury Prize Awards Show, which took place at the Roundhouse in London.
The Awards Show, which will be broadcast in full on Channel 4 at 11.40pm this coming Friday, 31 October, saw each of the twelve shortlisted artists perform a track from their ‘Albums of the Year’:
